How Our Free Written Estimates Work

We don't publish a price list, because two houses the same size can need very different work. What we do publish is exactly how we get to your number, so you can compare estimates fairly.

Step by step

1. Contact us: call (727) 470-7718 or use the estimate form. Photos help.
2. We look at the job: measure, check surfaces, and note repairs. For exteriors we inspect in person.
3. You get a written estimate with line items.
4. You decide. No pressure.

What drives the number

• Size and number of stories (access and safety)
• Current condition: peeling, mildew, cracks, rot
• Amount of prep and repair
• Surfaces: stucco, wood, brick, cabinets, ceilings
• Products and number of coats
• Timing, occupancy and scheduling constraints

What's in the line items

Prep and washing · repairs · priming · finish coats and products · protection and cleanup · any optional add-ons

Extras are in writing

If we find something unexpected, like rotted trim behind old paint, we tell you and quote it in writing as a change order before doing the extra work.

Why we don't quote exteriors by phone

We can't see mildew, rot, caulk failure or old coatings over the phone. A quote without a look is a guess.
